Fibona-Qi Breathing: A 5-Minute Guided Practice

Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Close your lips. Relax your jaw.

Gently press your tongue to the roof of your mouth—just behind the upper teeth. Using Saliva, allow a light suction to form, sealing the circuit between your brain and body.

Breathe in through your nose.

Stage 1: Instigating the Breath – Sacral Pump Activation

With the inhale, gently squeeze the perineum—this activates the sacral pump.

Imagine energy coiling at the base of your spine, like a serpent awakening.

Feel the breath begin its ascent.

Stage 2: Lower Abdominal Pull – Solar Plexus Activation

As the breath rises, pull in and down through your solar plexus and lower abdominals.

This compression stimulates the diaphragm and vagus nerve, drawing energy upward.

The inhale spirals higher…

Stage 3: Expanding the Rib Cage – Lifting Energy Upward

Keep drawing in the breath as you expand the diaphragm and rib cage.

Your lungs open fully. Your heart space expands.

Energy moves into the upper chakras—preparing to charge the brain.

Stage 4: The Pause – Holding & Charging the Circuit

At the peak of your inhale, hold the breath.

Feel the cerebrospinal fluid rise—charging your pineal gland.

Nitric oxide activates. Your consciousness expands.

Stillness… Awareness… Power…

Stage 5: The Letting Go – The Exhale

Now, release the breath.
Let your rib cage soften. Let your diaphragm relax.

The air flows effortlessly out…

Like waves pulling back into the ocean, your body releases, your mind surrenders.

Stage 6: The Final Pause – The Void

At the end of your exhale, pause.
Here, in this space of stillness, you are infinite.

The breath cycle is complete.
The Fibona-Qi current has moved through your body.

Integration – Feel the Shift

Slowly return to a natural breath.
Notice the energy flow. The clarity. The balance.

You have awakened your inner circuit… Your breath is your key.
